Our first whiskey dedicated to those that served our country on the sea is SEA DUTY. This whiskey strongly favors the original Naval tradition of rum rations to the crew. Made from a corn and barley grain bill and fermented with molasses, this whiskey is like a hybrid of rum and whiskey, with the best of both spirits.

Our first wheated bourbon draws a few spicy notes from the tree-derived honey used in fermentation, hence the name, SPIRIT TREE. Our commitment is not only to support local farmers, but also to protect pollinators. Bee pollination services provide food along with products we need to develop our fine whiskeys.

Sword & Saber

Sword and Saber is the second in our military line. This Bourbon is for all who have served on land with the US Military. For a slightly spicy profile, we have chosen a robust grain bill consisting of corn, malted rye and malted barley. The corn adds sweetness while the rye enhances the spice. During fermentation, molasses and brown sugar are used for their exceptional partnering of flavors.
